Argyle Industries, Inc., has many years of experience in the manufacture and secondary fabrication of close tolerance aluminum extrusions for industry. Prominent among the profiles that we extrude are aluminum heat sinks for semi-conductor thermal management. These heat sink profiles routinely produced by Argyle range in complexity from basic to challenging.
Typical production quantities vary in size from as few as 200 pieces of a particular heat sink to several thousand pieces. These heat sinks are available in a variety of finishes including anodized and clear chromate. In conjunction with our finishing capabilities, we have the ability to supply a fully fabricated part. Our fabrication includes but is not limited to cutting to length, drilling and CNC machining. To augment our fabrication service, we have a state of the art inspection department that includes a coordinates measuring machine (CMM) enabling us to inspect to your tolerance requirements.
